Rutgers School of Business–Camden, in partnership with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU), is launching a Utility Rates Certificate Program. This fully online, one‑year certificate is designed for professionals with existing knowledge of utility operations who seek to deepen their expertise in utility rate design, cost‑of‑service analysis, revenue requirements, financial justification, regulatory and energy policy frameworks, and the relationship between utility finance, affordability, and the public interest.
